What exactly is the $3 charge?

It is your trial fee. It holds your spot, gets your concierge built and installed, and gives you 14 days of full access. It is not a deposit. It is not refundable. It is three dollars.

What happens on Day 15?

If you have not cancelled before Day 15, your card on file is charged $397 and your monthly subscription begins. You stay at $397 a month, flat, for as long as you keep the concierge.

What are usage fees and how much will I actually pay?

Usage fees apply and are billed separately by the platform based on conversation activity. Most businesses see minimal costs with normal traffic. Full details provided at onboarding.

How do I cancel before Day 15?

Email [email protected] before Day 15 and your subscription is cancelled. You will not be charged $397. Simple as that.

Is my website compatible?

The concierge installs via a single line of code. If your platform accepts custom HTML or third-party scripts, it works. Your platform compatibility is confirmed during intake before your build begins. If your site cannot support it, you will know before you are charged anything beyond the $3 trial fee.

Compatible: WordPress, Wix, Squarespace (Business plan and above), Webflow, Shopify, Duda, Weebly, GoDaddy Website Builder, Hostinger, and any custom-built site.
Not compatible: Beacons, Linktree, Carrd (free plan), and other link-in-bio tools. These are profile pages, not websites, and they do not support third-party code.

Do I need a web developer to install it?

Not necessarily. Once your concierge is built, we send a single line of code with step-by-step instructions for the most common platforms. If you have a system administrator or web person, they can drop it in within minutes. If not, we walk you through it at onboarding.

I already have a booking link. Does this replace it?

No. Your booking link stays exactly where it is. The concierge answers questions and then sends clients to your existing booking link or calendar. It works with whatever system you already use.

How long does setup take?

Your concierge is typically built and installed within a few business days of your trial starting. You will receive an onboarding summary with everything you need to know before it goes live.
